ITIL Process Diagrams


ITIL supports the creation of a number of diagrams to assist intepretation and understanding. These of course can be extremely specific to the organizations, although this need not be the case.

Often diagrams tend to cover workflow and frameworks, rather than specifics. This is fact a strength, as it enables flexibility. The ITIL Toolkit, described elsewher eon this site, covers this in more depth.
